Once you have created your spot, all you have to do is copy the HTML, and paste it within your template or platform.
To add Spottt to Blogger:
- From your Blogger Dashboard, click on the "Layout" tab and select "Add a gadget" from the menu.
- Once you've selected "Add a gadget", a pop up window will appear with different choices; select the "HTML/JavaScript" option.
- Go to your Spottt account, click on the "My Spottts" tab and select the HTML for the Spottt you wish to add to your site.
- Go back Blogger and embed the HTML in to the "Configure HTML/JavaScript" box and click "Save".
To add Spottt to WordPress:
- In your Spottt account, go to "My Spottt" and click on the "MySpace friendly HTML" and copy the code.
- Go to your WordPress Dashboard and select "Appearance".
- Click on "Widgets" and select the "Text (Arbitrary text or HTML)" widget.
- Go to the widget and click on "Edit". This action will open a text box where you can insert the HTML.
- Embed the friendly HTML in to the box and click on "Save Changes".
To add to MySpace:
- In your Spottt account, go to "My Spottt" and click on the "MySpace friendly HTML" and copy the code.
- Go to "Edit Profile" and select the field where you wish to place the Spottt HTML.
- Embed the HTML and click on "Save Changes"
- Only 1 Spottt per page.
- The Spottt HTML code should be on the URL your Spottt links to.
For example, if you created a Spottt ad for your website at http://www.yourdomain.com, the Spottt review team should be able to find the Spottt HTML code on http://www.yourdomain.com, serving Spottt ads for other Spottt members. - Must be "above the fold." (No more than 850 pixels from the top of the page, so we don't have to scroll down to find it.)
- No modifications to the Spottt HTML.
- No adult or inappropriate content.
